Smyth® Machinery Inc., Summerville, South Carolina, unveiled its fully automatic casemaker that incorporates all technical and operational advantages to produce quality cases in continuous, trouble-free operation at maximum speeds.

At the same time, the machine can handle a variety of materials. It is designed to manufacture three-piece and center-board cases economically for short as well as long runs. The glue tank design prevents foaming and settling, and the offset glue roller is adjustable to produce uniform coverage with minimum adhesive consumption. Glue rolls continue to turn slowly if the machine is stopped for any reason. No roll scrapers are needed.
