Menasha Packaging Acquires Strine Printing Company

Menasha Packaging Company, Neenah, WI, has enhanced its graphic packaging capabilities and merchandising solutions with the acquisition of Strine Printing Company, Inc. of York, PA. Both companies are family-owned; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Strine Printing Company, Inc. provides prepress, offset printing, digital printing, finishing and fulfillment services for the production of commercial and marketing materials, point-of-purchase displays and folding packaging. Its finishing services include diecutting, die shop, display mounting/finishing, commercial bindery and film laminating. The company’s fulfillment services are comprised of kitting, just-in-time inventory and shipping services. It also offers commercial products and folding cartons.
