The roll-to-part laser diecutting solution can be converted from a roll-to-part system that efficiently extracts finished labels to a standard roll-to-roll finishing solution within minutes. It is integrated with an extraction device that fully detaches labels and parts from the web and advances the finished products away from the extraction assembly on a conveyor belt. In addition to the powerful 400W laser, label converters can choose from a list of desired label converting options, such as a dual laser diecutting option, full- and semi-rotary units, knife-slitting components, lamination, UV coating and more.
