FSEA Launches NextGen Leaders Society

New young professional group aims to attract, connect and develop emerging talent in the print and embellishment industry.
The Foil & Specialty Effects Association (FSEA) is proud to announce the formation of the NextGen Leaders Society, a new initiative designed to attract, engage and empower young professionals within the print and specialty effects industry.
Created in response to the growing need for fresh perspectives and long-term talent development, the NextGen Leaders Society will serve as a dedicated community for emerging leaders looking to build careers in print, foil, coatings, embossing, diecutting and other specialty embellishment technologies. The group will provide opportunities for networking, education, mentorship and leadership development while fostering deeper engagement with FSEA and the industry as a whole.
“The NextGen Leaders Society represents an important investment in the future of our industry,” said Bryce Poremba, Elite Print Finishing and chairman of the NextGen Leaders Society. “By creating a space specifically for young professionals, we are helping to ensure that innovation, collaboration and leadership continue to thrive within print and specialty effects for years to come.”

With the formation of the NextGen Leaders Society, an Executive Leadership Committee has been selected to help guide its initiatives. The committee includes:
Bryce Poremba (NextGen Chairman), vice president of sales – Elite Print Finishing
Spencer Bruno (NextGen Vice Chair), product manager – Harris & Bruno International
Brooks Christman, operations supervisor (Hot Foil Stamp) – Hallmark Cards Inc.
Diego Guerrero, director of business development – Metal Magic & Liberty Foil

FSEA to Participate in PRINTING United Legislative Fly-In
Jeff Peterson, FSEA executive director, has been invited to join the PRINTING United Alliance Legislative Fly-In that will take place March 23-25, 2026 in Washington, DC. The annual invite-only government affairs event brings printing industry leaders together for a powerful program of public policy education, issue advocacy, interaction with members of Congress and networking events.
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to present policy issues that impact the printing and finishing industry to federally elected officials – representing the voice of the industry in Washington, DC through in-person meetings with decision makers on Capitol Hill. Attendees will also experience an incredible networking opportunity with industry leaders to discuss solutions to legislative and regulatory hurdles.
“Although FSEA is not an association centered on legislation and lobbying efforts, the Printing United Alliance Fly-In is a great opportunity to learn more about current legislation and how it is affecting our industry,” stated Peterson. “I appreciate the invite and opportunity provided by the Printing United Alliance.”
Ford Bowers, CEO, PRINTING United Alliance will be speaking on policy decisions on tariffs, trade, and regulation are directly affecting print businesses at the Print Embellishment Conference June 17-19, in Nashville. Bowers will address how initiatives like the Legislative Fly-In are giving printers a seat at the table.
