RadTech Announces Promotion of Mickey Fortune to Chief Strategy and Operations Officer

Press release submitted on behalf of RadTech

RadTech, the nonprofit association for the advancement of ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) technologies, is proud to announce the promotion of Mickey Fortune to the role of Chief Strategy and Operations Officer. Fortune, who has been a cornerstone of the organization for over 20 years, most recently served as the Associate Executive Director for Education and Outreach.

In his new capacity, Fortune will continue to help the group meet the evolving needs and advancement opportunities for the UV+EB community. His expanded responsibilities include:

Strategic Growth: Leading initiatives to expand the adoption of sustainable UV and EB curing technologies across new industrial sectors

Operational Excellence: Streamlining association workflows and managing key member services and events, including the biennial RadTech UV+EB Technology Conference & Exposition

Continued Industry Collaboration: Maintaining his vital liaison role with adjacent organizations to advance the technology

“To the great benefit of our non-profit community, Mickey approaches his work with engagement, creativity, and leadership,” said Gary Cohen, Executive Director of RadTech International North America. “His promotion reflects his significant contributions, from spearheading educational programming to his hands-on development of new forward looking initiatives.”

Fortune has played a pivotal role in RadTech’s recent successes, and the association’s expanding influence in advanced manufacturing and material science.
