RadTech, the nonprofit association for the advancement of ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) technologies, is proud to announce the promotion of Mickey Fortune to the role of Chief Strategy and Operations Officer. Fortune, who has been a cornerstone of the organization for over 20 years, most recently served as the Associate Executive Director for Education and Outreach.
In his new capacity, Fortune will continue to help the group meet the evolving needs and advancement opportunities for the UV+EB community. His expanded responsibilities include:
Strategic Growth: Leading initiatives to expand the adoption of sustainable UV and EB curing technologies across new industrial sectors
Operational Excellence: Streamlining association workflows and managing key member services and events, including the biennial RadTech UV+EB Technology Conference & Exposition
Continued Industry Collaboration: Maintaining his vital liaison role with adjacent organizations to advance the technology

Fortune has played a pivotal role in RadTech’s recent successes, and the association’s expanding influence in advanced manufacturing and material science.
