PaperSpecs founder Sabine Lenz explained that PaperSpecs Live began as an in-person event that took place in one city at a time, every few months. She saw first-hand just how important it was for designers to discover the latest print-related technologies, and to get their hands on a wide variety of papers. By moving the event to a hybrid format during the pandemic, PaperSpecs opened up this experience to virtually everyone in North America all at once.
