These solutions offer print providers endless opportunities to improve their business through high-quality enhancements and cost-efficient processes.

        EMBELLISHMENT AND DIE CUTTING SOLUTIONS
The DDC-8000 B2 Raised Spot UV Coater combined with the DSM-1000 B2 Platen Die Cutter are a powerhouse duo for creating stunning embellishments and new opportunities in short-run packaging. Visit the booth for a workflow demonstration to see them in action.

DuSense DDC-8000 B2 Raised Spot UV Coater
With its increased production flexibility, the DDC-8000 handles maximum press sheets of 23” x 42” up to 600 gsm. The option to add cold foil in-line opens up possibilities for eye-catching finishes. Holographic, metallic, and matte foils can be applied without lamination. Polymers are compatible with output produced by B2 devices as well as offset and digital presses.

        DSM-1000 B2 Platen Die Cutter
The DSM-1000 brings automated precision and intuitive technology to packaging applications. Custom-made steel rule dies perform through cutting, creasing, perforating, and kiss cutting on press sheets up to 20.8” x 29.5” up to 600 gsm. Its crease quality and foldability are exceptional, with and without lamination.

DuSense DDC-810 Pro Raised Spot UV Coater
The DDC-810 Pro produces premium packaging, business cards, and marketing campaigns on demand. The new and improved model offers a faster speed, an enhanced interface, and the ability to apply a minimum of 15 microns – giving printers more control to tailor their jobs on sheets up to 14.33” x 29.52”.

        DFL-700 Foil/Laminator
The DFL-700 adds value to digitally-printed output on a budget. Ideal for short runs, the DFL-700 can be used to apply toner or polymer-based foil as well as single-sided lamination. Also on display will be the DFL-500 Foil/Laminator.

        UD-310 Rotary Die Cutter
With the use of a magnetic cylinder and flexible dies, the UD-310 delivers high-speed shape cutting of paper, laminates, adhesives, and synthetic stocks at speeds up to 4,000 sheets per hour.

DocuCutter DPC-600 PKG Digital Die Cutter
Ideal for short runs and sample production, the DPC-600 PKG skips the physical dies and utilizes a number of tools to process thicker substrates such as corrugated, chip, and foam boards up to 6 mm and up to 23” x 29.5” in size.

DocuCutter DPC-400 Digital Die Cutter with Roll Fed Module
The DPC-400 also utilizes a tooling head to cut intricate shapes, kiss cut stickers, and score fold lines on paper, laminates, and adhesive stocks. The DPC-400 will be showcased processing vinyl stickers from roll-to-sheet.

        FINISHING AND BINDING SOLUTIONS
        DC-746 B2 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser
The DC-746 B2 processes larger formats with the capability to turnaround multiple-up jobs with better accuracy and efficiency. Turn flat sheets with oversized applications into finished pieces that are slit, cut, creased, scored, and perforated in a single pass.
        DC-648 and DC-618 Slitter/Cutter/Creasers with DC In-line Folder
The versatile DC-648 and DC-618 streamline multiple processes for print jobs in smaller formats. Both solutions will also be on display in-line with the DC Folder, an integration that allows print providers to remove the bottleneck in their finishing and eliminates the need to fold jobs separately.

        CP375 DUO Creaser/Perforator and CF375 Creaser/Folder
The CP375 DUO eliminates unattractive fold lines up to 6,000 sheets per hour. The cross-perforating tool can be used for tear-off jobs and can be combined with the stop perforating tool to create cross perforations. The high speed CF375 Creaser/Folder will be on the floor too.

        iSaddle 5.0
The iSaddle 5.0 combines intelligent feeding and collating with high performance scoring, plough folding, and stitching. No need to fold signatures separately. Unlock the capability to produce a broad range of applications including stepped, letter landscape and long cover booklets on demand.

        700i Pro Duetto Booklet System
The DBM-700 Bookletmaker offers a range of new features, including a 50-sheet capability, square spine finishing, and the ability to produce 4-stitch applications using 2 stitch heads. See it in action in a Duetto configuration with the DSF-6000 Sheet Feeder and DSC-10/60i Air Suction Collator.

        DB-290 Perfect Binder
The single-clamp DB-290 binds book blocks with soft covers up to 360 cycles per hour. It applies hot-melt EVA glue to the spine and sides, and can also perform tape binding and padding. Demonstrations will show books bound on the DB-290 then trimmed on the HC-680i Hydraulic Cutter.

Also on exhibit will be the DF-1300L Folder, CC-229 Card Cutter, UP-240 Paper Bander, and UJ-600AS Air Jogger along with some technology demonstrations.

The connectivity extends to partner equipment like Boxplan, Blanking Systems, and Carton Craft, as well as Express Die Supply in the adjoining die-making area, where visitors will witness seamless data exchange with third-party equipment within the BOBST Connect ecosystem. During the two-day event, customer testimonials and success stories will be shared, while experts will be on hand to answer questions and additional resources like podcasts and tutorials can be accessed.

“At BOBST, we always strive to give our customers all the tools they need to achieve their operational goals and succeed in the marketplace, and that includes a comprehensive training program. As such, the WCTC is the perfect example of how BOBST’s continues to invest in easily accessible solutions that meet the highest standards of excellence,” said Brian Kentopp.

Duplo USA Corporation, Santa Ana, California, a provider of innovative print finishing solutions, will be exhibiting in booth #C1961 at PRINTING United in Las Vegas its growing portfolio of automated print embellishment, packaging, and finishing equipment.
