API Group Acquires Lamination Facility

API Group, Stockport, Cheshire, announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Hazen Paper Companys Paperboard Lamination facilities and business in Osgood, Indiana.
Founded in 1925, Hazen Paper Company is a paper converter based in Holyoke, Massachusetts, and following the divestment of its Osgood plant will concentrate on its core business of custom holography and specialist paper converting in its Massachusetts facilities.
