Cosmo Films to Upgrade US Operations

Cosmo Films has announced plans to invest $750,000 in upgrades and additions to its extrusion lines and slitting fleet at the companys United States facility, located in Hagerstown, MD.
In addition to the technology upgrades, daily shifts will be added at the plant to expand capacity and accommodate increased volume. The upgrades are expected to be complete by April 2015. Cosmo Films, Ltd. North America makes thermal lamination films, and has started marketing packaging and coated films for the label and food industry.
