Heidelberg USA Reveals Customer-Focused Market Strategy
Heidelberg USA has developed a new, go-to-market strategy that unites its broad portfolio of products and services with a highly individualized, consultative sales approach. This new approach emphasizes an outreach to the printing community with multiple targeted opportunities responsive to the complex needs of customers and prospects.
Recently, the Kennesaw, GA-based company launched a series of interactive, application-specific road shows that will visit various US cities through the end of the year. Dallas was the first stop for the “On the HEI Way” roadshows, with more stops scheduled for Minneapolis, MN; Boston, MA; Columbia, MD; Richmond, VA; and other cities through the end of the year. Heidelberg also has invested heavily in its Atlanta Technology Center, and will continue to make use of the facility for individualized presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Heidelberg continues to participate in, and support financially, select technology expos and educational events sponsored by various organizations through which Heidelberg shares its knowledge and expertise with the graphic arts community.
