Kluge Launches OmniFold 3000 and OmniCoat 2000

Brandtjen & Kluge, Inc., St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, recently introduced a new folder-gluer and UV roller coater series – the OmniFold 3000 and OmniCoat 2000.

The OmniFold 3000 is an automatic folding/gluing system that is a fully modular, automatic folding/gluing system that begins with a control console and docking station allowing for easy interchange between friction feeder and vacuum feeder modules. Interchangeable inline converting lengths of 3′, 6′ and 9′, as well as a modular dual angle buckle fold unit can be added in any combination with delivery options of a standard stacker or a compression stacker.

The OmniCoat 2000 UV roller coater series offers high-end glossy substrate finishes, more in-house capability with on demand coating, shorter turnaround lead times and in-house control of variable date sorting. The product line includes 20.5″, 30″ and wide-format sizes.
