Proceeds from the sale of Pressroom Helper and Pressman’s Assistant from the DiTrolio Flexographic Institute, Broadview, IL, benefit future DFI students.

Proceeds from two new cleaning products from the DiTrolio Flexographic Institute will benefit the education of future DFI students. Located in Broadview, IL, the institute offers industry-specific training seminars in a state-of-the-art environment for all skill levels – from beginning press operations to advanced printing applications.

The new cleaning agents include Pressroom Helper and Pressman’s Assistant. Pressroom Helper is a concentrated alkaline cleaner and degreasing solution, formulated to serve a multitude of industry cleaning requirements. The formula is completely biodegradable and contains no cancer-causing agents.

Pressman’s Assistant is a one-step cleaning formula for deep cleaning and removal of water-based inks, UV, coatings and solvent-based inks. Designed as a maintenance assistant in both press and ink rooms, Pressman’s Assistant also can be used to remove stains or uncleaned spots on anilox rolls.
