A new line of flexo-magnetic rotary diecutters from Rollem International work on a wide range of substrates.

A new class of diecutter from Rollem International, Anaheim, California, creates a space in the print finishing market for sheet-fed, short run label, packaging and mail applications. The new line is offered in three size models: D5 runs up to a 20×15″ sheet; D6 runs up to a 24×24″ sheet; and D7 runs up to a B2 30×24″ sheet.

The flexo-magnetic rotary diecutter offers short-run capacity, which is ideal for customized digital output with run sizes from one-off to hundreds of thousands. Changeover is measured in just minutes, with run speeds up to 5,000 sheets per hour. The machines will diecut, kisscut and cut-score a variety of products including labels, folding cartons, shaped direct mailers, presentation folders, industrial nametags, custom greeting cards, boxes, event passes, ID cards, wine and water bottle labels and much more. The new diecutters works on a wide range of substrates, including foils, plastics and aluminum.
