        Sakurai to Host Fall Technology Showcase

        Sakurai USA, Inc. will mark its 25th anniversary as a US corporation with a Fall Technology Showcase Open House event focused on screen press and screen printing technology for customers, select vendors, industry partners and guests. The two-day event is scheduled for Oct. 7-8 from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Sakurai headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.

        “The screenprinting process is a stable and growing process in the credit card, tagless label, transfer and specialty finishing markets,” said David Rose, general manager, Sakurai USA, Inc. “We look forward to presenting the latest in screen press and screenprinting technology for our customers and guests at our upcoming Technology Showcase Open House and SGIA exhibit.”

        Maestro MS-102AII

        The Maestro is capable of printing on a wide range of substrates such as plastic film for electronic applications, membrane switches, display panels, touch screens, etc., as well as paper, board and foil from .003″ to .032″. The ultra high precision MS-102AII is the screen press of choice for accurate spot coating and specialty effects printing.

        28⅜x20½” – 3,600 IPH
        The high speed SC Series cylinder screen press with a reciprocal cylinder mechanism has been manufactured and sold by Sakurai worldwide since 1968. The SC Series offers various size products for printed materials from cards to large format posters with a printable thickness of 0.1-.08″.

        Sakurai’s Fall Technology Showcase Open House is a preview to the screenprinting technology to be featured by Sakurai and industry partner Natgraph in Booth 1545 at SGIA 15, Nov. 4-6 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
