The Pinner Easy from Simco-Ion, Hatfield, PA, features a design that combines a static charging bar and charging generator in one. It is a space-saving solution for many applications, including in-mold labeling, catalog stacking, card insertion, roll-to-roll transfer and bag making.

The Easy Pinner uses a low 24v input and eliminates the need for high voltage wiring. It features long-life tungsten emitters that are current limited for increased safety. The fully serviceable and replaceable generator and bar assemblies allow for maximum productivity with minimal downtime for maintenance. It can integrate into existing systems, such as PLC or machine control systems. The control module provides remote monitoring and allows for adjustment of output settings. Nine bar lengths are available with voltage or current control operation.
