        SUBMITTED

Spartanics, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, developed the Roll-to-Part Laser Diecutting System.

The Roll-to-Part Laser Diecutting System from Spartanics, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is able to run roll-to-roll labels, as well as operate as a roll-to-part finishing solution.

It is best suited for label converters that need to extract finished and through-cut parts and labels, most often label converters handling sticker and decal orders. The machines are equipped with Spartanics Smart Software Technology, and the system can handle multiple jobs in a single roll with no need for manual job changeovers.

They come with a 400W laser diecutter and an extraction unit that separates finished label products onto a conveyor. In addition, label converters can choose from a list of desired label converting options, such as a dual laser diecutting option, full- and semi-rotary units, knife-slitting components, lamination, UV coating and more.
