The MAQ™ Detection Controller with Monet OS is from W.H. Leary, Tinley Park, Illinois.

The MAQ™ Detection Controller with Monet OS from W.H. Leary, Tinley Park, Illinois, is available with any of the 70+ monitoring options available from Leary to produce 100 percent fit-for-use cartons.

The MAQ’s versatility makes it a quality assurance tool for multiple postpress processes, including barcode detection on diecutters; glue detection while using a glue wheel; additional detection, such as 2D code or missing window, for particular jobs; and increased quality for short-runs using digital printing processes. The MAQ is a cost-effective, detection-only controller capable of up to three detection stations and incorporates the same level of security as Leary’s larger Array systems. Other detection options include 1D barcode, pharmacode, skew, double feeds and more.
