On a day in January that is officially known as Blue Monday in the United Kingdom, 15 delegates gathered in London to participate in Eagle Systems’ Agent Training Seminar. For Eagle Systems representatives who had traveled from the Middle East, Africa, India and mainland Europe, Blue Monday was about to become a lot more colorful.
Kicking off the seminar with a demo of an Eco-Eagle Cold Foil module running on a Komori 6 color press at a recent installation in the United Kingdom, delegates saw the ease with which foiling results can be achieved with Eagle’s fully automatic Cold Foil system.
Back in London, product training was conducted along with an overview of company history, values and mission, delivered by Mike King, president of Eagle Systems, and Ellen Manning, Eagle’s VP of marketing and sales. Thomas Andersen, technical director of Eagle Europe in the UK, highlighted the ability to retrofit an Eagle system to virtually any 6-color or more offset press and the the company’s relationship-oriented ethos.
Delegates left with a clear vision of the Eagle cold foil process and were eager to share their experiences.
“A hugely effective, rewarding and enjoyable few days which has left me with a fuller understanding of the cold foil process,” said C.P. Paul from APL Machinery in India.
“The demo was particularly useful in terms of witnessing the ease with which the operator engaged with the Eco-Eagle Cold Foil system – there really was very little for him to do,” added Jaroslav Cisar from Strati in the Czech Republic.
“We are very excited by what we have seen these past days and are delighted to be introducing Cold Foil to our markets. We are extremely proud to be part of the Eagle Systems team” concluded Figen Ayvaz from Image Makine in Turkey.
