Andover, Massachusetts-based Standard Finishing Systems, a leading supplier of postpress and paper handling solutions, recently announced that Deloris Toomey has been appointed to the role of customer service manager.
Toomey joined the Standard team in her customer service manager role in October 2021, bringing with her years of customer service expertise, management experience and CRM mastery. In the months following her hiring, Toomey cross-trained alongside Deb Desmond, the outgoing customer service manager who recently retired after 34 years at Standard.
“I’m thrilled to join Standard as their new customer service manager,” Toomey said. “After taking the time to learn about Standard and their operations, I look forward to combining that knowledge with my existing experience to ensure that our customers are receiving the best, most efficient service and support.
