DuSense DDC-8000 B2 Raised Spot UV Coater

Designed with increased production flexibility, the DDC-8000 supports press sheets up to 23” x 42” and substrates up to 600 gsm. Its inline cold foil option allows for eye-catching effects using holographic, metallic, or matte foils – all without the need for lamination. Compatible with digital and offset presses, this system enables high-impact finishes for a wide range of applications.

DuSense DDC-810 Pro Raised Spot UV Coater

Perfect for premium business cards and marketing collateral, the DDC-810 Pro offers fast speeds, an enhanced user interface, and the ability to apply spot UV as thin as 15 microns. Handle sheet sizes up to 14.33” x 29.52” with greater control and precision for professional results.

DFL-700 Foil/Laminator

The DFL-700 offers a cost-effective way to add value to digitally printed output. It supports toner and polymer-based foiling as well as single-sided lamination, making it an ideal solution for businesses looking to elevate their prints without stretching their budget.

Also on display will be the DFL-500 Foil/Laminator and the new DFL-200 Xpress Foil, providing attendees with a full range of foil and lamination options to suit various production needs.

DIE CUTTING EQUIPMENT

DSM-1000 B2 Platen Die Cutter

Engineered for automated precision, the DSM-1000 is built for high-quality packaging, pocket folder, and label applications. This B2-format die cutter uses custom-made steel rule dies to perform through cutting, creasing, perforating, and kiss cutting on press sheets up to 20.8” x 29.5” and up to 600 gsm. Its exceptional crease quality and foldability, with or without lamination, make it a standout solution for premium finishing.

UD-310 Rotary Die Cutter

The UD-310 features a magnetic cylinder and flexible dies for high-speed shape cutting of paper, laminate, adhesive, and synthetic stocks. With a throughput of up to 4,000 sheets per hour, it combines speed and versatility for a variety of applications.

DocuCutter DPC-600 PKG Digital Die Cutter

Perfect for short-run jobs and prototyping, the DPC-600 PKG eliminates the need for physical dies. It uses a range of tools to cut and crease corrugated, chipboard, foam board, and other thick substrates up to 6 mm and sizes up to 23” x 29.5”.

DIGITAL PRINT FINISHING

DC-746 B2 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser

The DC-746 B2 processes larger formats with the capability to turn around multiple-up jobs with better accuracy and efficiency. Turn flat sheets with oversized applications into finished pieces that are slit, cut, creased, scored, and perforated in a single pass.

DC-648 and DC-618 Slitter/Cutter/Creasers with DC In-line Folder

The versatile DC-648 and DC-618 streamline multiple processes for print jobs in smaller formats. Both solutions will also be on display in-line with the DC Folder, an integration that allows print providers to remove the bottleneck in their finishing and eliminates the need to fold jobs separately.

CP375 DUO Creaser/Perforator and CF375 Creaser/Folder

The CP375 DUO eliminates unattractive folding lines up to 6,000 sheets per hour. The cross-perforating tool can be used for tear-off jobs and can be combined with the stop perforating tool to create cross perforations. The high speed CF375 Creaser/Folder will be on the floor too.

BINDING SOLUTIONS

iSaddle 5.0

The iSaddle 5.0 combines intelligent feeding and collating with high performance scoring, plough folding, and stitching. No need to fold signatures separately. Unlock the capability to produce a broad range of applications including stepped, letter landscape and long cover booklets on demand.

700i Pro Duetto Booklet System

The DBM-700 Bookletmaker offers a range of new features, including a 50-sheet capability, square spine finishing, and the ability to produce 4-stitch applications using 2 stitch heads. See it in action in a Duetto configuration with the DSF-6000 Sheet Feeder and DSC-10/60i Air Suction Collator.

DB-300 Perfect Binder

The DB-300 Perfect Binder delivers cost-effective binding, helping print providers save time and reduce outsourcing costs. Featuring thermal binding technology, an integrated milling station, and intuitive user controls, the DB-300 ensures each book is securely bound with a professional finish.
