POLAR Announces First Successful Delivery of AirGo Jog

        April 7, 2025

Press release submitted on behalf of POLAR

POLAR has announced that the first machine was delivered and installed to a customer in France in early 2025.

The customer is delighted with the numerous benefits of the new system: better ergonomics and working conditions for the operators, a significant reduction in staff absences and an increase in productivity and profitability – all with maximum performance.

        Highest possible degree of automation
The AirGo Jog enables unmanned product preparation for the first time. With a processing speed of just 90 to 120 seconds per 14 cm cutting layer, it clearly stands out from previous systems. In contrast to systems based on partial layers, which require at least twice as much time, the AirGo Jog pulls up and jogs a complete cutting layer in a single operation.

Thanks to the high degree of automation, manual interventions such as material transport, separation and fanning of the sheets are completely eliminated. The flexibility of the AirGo Jog is demonstrated by its format ranges from 50 x 70 cm to 78 x 106 cm as well as the automatic height scanning, which processes different layer heights without changeover. The AirGo Jog sets new standards, particularly in the fast-growing Web2Print sector.
        Intuitive operation and increased efficiency

The user-friendly HMI (Human Machine Interface), based on the latest industry standards, enables simple and intuitive operation. Thanks to the high level of automation, virtually all set-up times are eliminated when changing jobs – only one operator is required for the entire cutting process.

        Flexibility thanks to modular design
The modular POLAR system makes the AirGo Jog a versatile solution:
 Retrofitting to existing cutting systems or PACE systems.
 Use as a stand-alone solution for feeding several cutting systems.
 Rear table or front table loading possible.
 Automatic and manual material preparation possible.

The POLAR AirGo Jog sets new standards in print finishing and offers a future-proof solution for companies that rely on efficiency, precision and ergonomics.
        Demonstration appointments

POLAR offers demonstration appointments for those interested in seeing for themselves. Interested parties should contact their local POLAR contacts and arrange an appointment with their test material.
