        Embellishment Track Set for LOUPE Americas 2026

        The Foil & Specialty Effects Association and WhatTheyThink are partnering with LOUPE Americas 2026 (September 15 – 17, 2026 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Chicago, Illinois) to offer a special morning track of sessions entitled “Rise and Shine Sessions: Powered by Amplify Print.” The sessions will focus on embellishments and finishes for roll-to-roll label and folding carton production. It will take place on the second morning of LOUPE (September 16) from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. in Room 12/13.

        Digital Inkjet Embellishments – New Technology and Opportunities (panel discussion)

        Learn about the latest digital inkjet embellishment technologies for roll-to-roll applications, including both in-line and off-line opportunities. Discussions on what applications are the best fit for digital embellishments, what choices are available in the marketplace, and future opportunities for digital embellishments will be discussed.

        Hot and Cold Foil for Your Roll-to-Roll Print Applications – Advantages and Selecting the Best Process (panel discussion)

        Roll-to-Roll foil embellishments for labels and cartons utilizing hot foil stamping and cold foil transfer are common for all types of applications. Learn from experts who will discuss the advantages and limitations of both processes, what applications fit best for hot stamping or cold foil, and new technologies and processes available today.

        Folding Carton Growth and Opportunities for Print and Embellishments for Roll-to-Roll Applications (panel discussion)

        There continues to be growth in roll-to-roll flexographic production of folding cartons. This panel will discuss what applications fit best for roll-to-roll printing/embellishing of folding cartons versus sheet-fed, what foil and embellishment technologies are seeing growth in both in-line and off-line applications, opportunities and technology for in-house folding/gluing of roll-to-roll printed/embellished cartons, and the new technologies in printing/embellishment processes.
