The NextGen Leaders Society, the newly formed young professional initiative of the Foil & Specialty Effects Association (FSEA), has announced its initial Executive Committee. Guided by Bryce Poremba, Chairman; Spencer Bruno, Vice Chair; and FSEA’s Blake Peterson, the NextGen Leaders Society is committed to providing opportunities for networking, education, mentorship and leadership development while fostering deeper engagement with FSEA and the industry as a whole.
Newly announced members of the Executive Committee include:
Bryce Poremba (NextGen Chairman)
Vice President of Sales, Elite Print Finishing
Bryce Poremba serves as Vice President of Sales at Elite Print Finishing, a family-owned company that specializes in specialty finishing, folding carton packaging, labels and corrugated conversion. Based in Burlington, North Carolina, Bryce is involved in growing the family business while contributing to the strength of the industry and local community.
Spencer Bruno (NextGen Vice Chair)
Product Manager, Harris & Bruno International
Spencer Bruno is a Product Manager at Harris & Bruno International, an equipment manufacturer and global provider of advanced solutions for the printing industry located in Roseville, California. He works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, production and service teams to support successful customer installations and deliver long-term value to customers.
Brooks Christman
Operations Supervisor (Hot Foil Stamp) – Hallmark Cards, Inc.
Brooks Christman serves as an Operations Supervisor for Hallmark Cards, Inc., in the company’s large sheet foil operations. He currently is based at the production plant in Lawrence, Kansas, where he oversees production, quality and testing for hot stamping foil operations.
Diego Guerrero
Director of Business Development – Metal Magic & Liberty Foil
Diego Guerrero serves as the Director of Business Development for Metal Magic and Liberty Foil, two sister companies based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, he supports sales efforts across both organizations and oversees the customer service department, shipping and billing operations, and the marketing department.
Ruby Porter
Director of Art – Tactive
Ruby Porter serves as the Director of Art for Tactive, a tactile marketing company using printing, promotional products and company stores to promote brand awareness. Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Ruby leads a creative team, fosters collaboration and oversees initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Blake Peterson
Sales Director – FSEA
Blake Peterson serves as Sales Director for the Foil & Specialty Effects Association, as well as Sales Manager for Peterson Media Group, the publisher of PostPress magazine. Based in Houston, Texas, Blake works remotely for the family business.
