RadTech Appoints Rebecca Lipscomb of INX International as Co-Chair of Environmental, Health and Safety Committee

Press release submitted on behalf of RadTech

RadTech International North America, the leading non-profit dedicated to advancing ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) technologies, announces the appointment of Rebecca Lipscomb as the new Co-Chair of its Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Committee. Ms. Lipscomb, who serves as the Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at INX International Ink Co., will lead the committee alongside current Chair Michael Gould, Technical Key Account Manager at RAHN USA and Immediate Past President of RadTech.

The RadTech EHS Committee oversees the group’s regulatory, health, and safety activities. The committee proactively monitors, addresses, and educates members on global chemical compliance, local and federal agency initiatives, and workplace safety standards.

Ms. Lipscomb brings nearly 15 years of expertise in global chemical compliance, environmental health, and food packaging regulations to her new leadership role. Having climbed the ranks at INX International to her current executive role, she is widely recognized across the supply chain for her forward-thinking approach to navigating rapidly shifting international regulatory barriers.

“I am thrilled to step into this leadership position with RadTech alongside Michael,” said Ms. Lipscomb. “The regulatory landscape for energy-curable chemistries is fast evolving. I look forward to leveraging my experience at INX International to help RadTech members stay ahead of compliance curves, ensure workplace safety, and advocate for the clear sustainability benefits of UV+EB technologies.”

Having previously led RadTech as President from 2023 through 2024, Mr. Gould welcomed the co-chairmanship. “Rebecca’s extensive experience with global regulatory agencies and emerging issues makes her a welcome addition to our leadership team. Together, we are available to assist the UV/EB community in managing complex regulatory hurdles, from emerging state and local legislative proposals to international chemical registration and reclassification issues.”
