Martin Yale Industries, Wabash, Indiana, has acquired Count Machinery Company, located in Escondido, California. The acquisition is a strategic fit for Martin Yale from both a brand and product perspective.
The acquisition positions Martin Yale to offer a greater variety of product to the print finishing market – from lower volume desktop machines to high-speed floor models. Counts existing lineup of machines allows Martin Yale entry into the perforating, scoring and creasing markets. Counts manufacturing will be relocated to Martin Yales facility in Indiana.
